Synchhub ("the Service") is a web application that syncs conversations from Slack Connect channels into HubSpot as notes. The Service reads messages from Slack and writes them as note engagements in HubSpot, associated to companies, deals, and contacts.
You must provide a valid email address and valid API credentials (Slack User OAuth Token and HubSpot Service Key or Private App Token) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
One account per Slack workspace. You must be authorized by your organization to connect these services.
The Service requires you to provide your own Slack and HubSpot API credentials ("Bring Your Own Token"). These credentials are:
You can revoke access at any time by revoking your Slack app or HubSpot service key.
You retain ownership of all data processed through the Service. Synchhub does not claim ownership of your Slack messages, HubSpot records, or any content processed by the Service.
Slack message content is read and written directly to HubSpot — message text is not stored in Synchhub's database. Only sync metadata (thread identifiers, note IDs, timestamps) is stored for deduplication.

The Service is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime percentages. The Service depends on third-party APIs (Slack, HubSpot) which are outside our control.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider, Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance. Your billing relationship is with Paddle.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synchhub's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Synchhub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Upon cancellation:
We may terminate your account for violation of these terms with 14 days written notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
